Customer Care Policy

  • Customer satisfaction is my top priority here at Sunni Dineen Handcrafted Design. All clients will be treated with respect and urgency, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, and/or social/economic status.

Discount Policy

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, promotions, or giveaways

Custom Design Policy

  • For Custom Design requests and re-creation of sold out designs, please fill out the contact form and I will respond within 24 hours.

  • Please note that all Custom Designs start at $60.00, and are available ONLY at my discretion, and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

  • Please note that a custom design request requires an initial non-refundable deposit of $45.00 due upon receipt of request and notification from me via email confirming consent to proceed.

  • After consent, please allow 7 business days for an initial mock up and photo (s) of your Custom Design to ensure your satisfaction. After your approval on the agreed upon final design and price, you will be sent an invoice for balance owed which is due at that time.

  • Please allow an additional 3 business days, from above-mentioned time, for order processing, and additional time for order delivery based upon shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • A re-creation of a sold out design will also be known as a Custom Design.

Shipping Policy

  • FREE SHIPPING applies to purchases over $100.

  • All designs will be shipped out on on Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays.

  • Shipping fees at checkout are based on the standard Priority Shipping USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight,

  • For jewelry designs: Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and additional time for order delivery based upon shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • For home designs: Please allow 4-7 business days (unless stated otherwise) for shipping and processing. If you should need your home design product(s) by a specific date, please fill out the contact form and I will contact you within 24 hours of receipt.

  • If you have placed your order during a weekend and/or holiday season, your order may be slightly delayed to its destination.

  • If you desire to have your purchase expedited, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your request, however, there is no guarantee. Depending upon your request, there may be additional charges due at that time.

Return Policy

  • My hope is that my designs will be that BOLD statement piece that will accent your unique style. Due to the handmade nature of your design, there will be slight variations in your design compared to photos.

  • All purchases at Sunni Dineen Handcrafted Design are FINAL. I do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds due to the handmade nature of your design.

  • Sunni Dineen Handcrafted Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the address is entered incorrectly, please contact me immediately because I may be able to change the destination address. However, there is no guarantee.

    I will honor exchanges only if your design(s) arrives damaged. You MUST CONTACT me within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange. A shipping label will be provided to return the damaged item, which must be returned 48 hours after your receipt of the shipping label. Failure to contact me and return the damaged item as specified above will result in the denial of the exchange.
